Mayor of Royston Cllr Lisa Adams joined volunteers last week for the first of the Royston Round Table Santa Runs.
Volunteers were on hand all around the route, starting in Green Drift, to receive donations for Royston Round Table and Home-Start Royston, Buntingford and South Cambridgeshire.
Lisa said: "I was most privileged to be involved with the festive Christmas sleigh. It was wonderful to be part of this special occasion, thanks to the Royston Round Table, all the volunteers and for keeping Santa company on his merry way around the town.
"I wish good blessings to everyone for the season ahead."
