Sculptor and designer Mark Humphrey has been chosen to exhibit his work at the 290th exhibition of the Royal Society of British Artists at the Mall Galleries.

Mr Humphrey, who takes his inspiration from natural forms and facets of human emotion, said: "I am extremely pleased to have been selected for this year's exhibition.

"There will be more than 600 works on display, including painting, sculpture, and printmaking, in one of central London's premier art galleries."

The exhibition opens to today (Thursday) and runs daily, from 10am-5pm, until May 27.
