THE ultimate girls' night out is coming to Cambridge in an unmissable, daring and hilarious show.

The Vagina Monologues is based on highly original stories gathered by the show's dynamic creator, New Yorker Eve Ensler.

She asked more than 200 women of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, and walks of life to share their most intimate secrets in 'vagina interviews'.

The women answered, with some truly revelatory results, on normally taboo topics such as birth, sex, and relationships.

As sharp as Sex in the City, as unmissable as Friends and as funny as Catherine Tate, the show has been produced in every major city around the world since Eve Ensler first performed in a tiny fringe theatre in New York in 1996.

The Vagina Monologues won a 1997 Obie Award and received prestigious nominations for a Drama Desk and second Obie Award in 1999.

A-listers such as Kate Winslet, Glenn Close, Whoopi Goldberg, and Danii Minogue have taken part in The Vagina Monologues, making it the ultimate girls night out.

Performed by three women on stage together, this year's cast includes Chizzy Akuldolu, Sarah Ingram and Corinna Powlesland.

Every performance of The Vagina Monologues will donate a percentage of ticket sales to the V-day fund, an organisation which provides charitable aid to women and girls who have been victims of abuse and violence.

The Crow has three pairs of tickets to give away to see The Vagina Monologues at the Cambridge Corn Exchange on November 12.
