IT seems that any would-be candidate in the US Presidential race has has to write a book - and it is more especially so in the Democrat party.
Almost all those eyeing the White House have come out in recent months with their own spin on becoming US President.
But there is more of a depth to Barack Obama. He looks at issues on a broad scale - which so early in a campaign is not a mistake - but has a certain engaging style.
Although we should know that of him as here was the man who made such a rousing address to the Democrat convention in 2004 in a way that gave a reminder of the Kennedy years.
