World champions England clash with Grand Slam winners Wales at Twickenham. Wales haven't won a match at England's fortress ground since 1988, and England will want to reclaim their title as the best team in the Northern hemisphere. In Dublin Ireland, who are hoping to launch a new start on the title after last year's performance, play Italy.
