Music by the Strauss family will be played by the London Gala Orchestra at Saffron Hall on Saturday, January 5 and we have a pair of tickets for a reader to win.
The programme includes The Radetzky March, The Blue Danube and the Tritsch Tratsch Polka. This is some of the liveliest and most fun music in this repertoire.
Conducted by Steven Ellery and with compere and tenor Stephen Anthony Brown and soprano Natasha Day, the evening will also includes Waves of the Blue Danube by Romanian composer Ion Ivanovici and the Strauss waltz Weiner Blut (Blood or Spirit of Vienna).
