FREDDIE Mercury fans are in for a treat when one of the UK's leading tribute bands returns to Stevenage with feel-good Queen classics.
One Night of Queen will be coming to the Gordon Craig Theatre on Saturday, February 17 with Gary Mullen, the winner of 2000's Stars In Their Eyes series as the talented frontman who will bring back the true magic of Freddie, backed by his band The Works.
We Will Rock You, Bohemian Rhapsody, Radio Ga Ga, and It's A Kind Of Magic are just some of the chart-toppers in the two-hour concert.
September 5 last year marked the 60th anniversary of Freddie's birth.
To celebrate Freddie's legacy, Gary and The Works held a gig at an open air gig in Germany on September 2 2006.
Gary said: "Freddie was without doubt the greatest entertainer in my lifetime."
