Pearl Jam will be making their first UK television appearance in more than 10 years. They will be playing new tracks from their brand-new self titled album and also some of their classics. Not to be missed.
Accompanied by her band, platinum selling singer songwriter Corinne Bailey Rae will also be joining Jools on the show to perform some songs from her chart topping album.
The Zutons and Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx help to complete the evening's entertainment.
