THERE has been much written about the Kennedy years: both on John Kennedy as US President and brother Robert Kennedy.
Journalist David Talbot, however, comes at the whole story from a different angle.
He claims that there was a conspiracy behind the assassination of Kennedy and says that Robert Kennedy's purpose of standing as US Presidential candidate was to disprove much of the work of the Warren Commission which clearly stated that Lee Harvey Oswald has acted alone the President was shot in Dallas.
Talbot reveals, too, the tensions in the White House as both Kennedys battled with the Cuba crisis and the Cold War - and with their own military chiefs who, it seems, had wanted to use the US' military might around the world.
