FOR a Valentine's Day treat, why not take your loved one to one of the most romantic operas ever written? The Ellen Kent & Opera International is returning to the Cambridge Corn Exchange with Puccini's La Boheme, along with a 40 piece orchestra. La Boheme is a classic tale of Parisian love and loss - the set reflects the Bohemian art of the late 19th century, with a stunning Cubist backdrop and costumes by one of Russia's leading designers, Alexandr Krivoshein. The carnival scene will include a guest appearance of the Romale Gypsy Dance Troupe and street entertainers providing colour and recreating the romantic atmosphere of the Parisian love story. What better way to celebrate Valentines Day? - La Boheme will be at the Corn Exchange on Wednesday February 16 at 7.30pm.
