Captain fantastic Mitchell Wooding grabbed a brace as Celtics continued their fine start to the season with a 5-0 demolition of Shelford and Swavesey.

Jacob Leighton almost got the scoring going with a fine shot in the first few minutes, however, it was Ryan Geraghty's chase of a long ball that produced the breakthrough when his chip was cleared off the line only for Michael Viera to bury the clearance.

Geraghty then found himself on the scoresheet when his super corner sailed over the 'keeper and into the net.

Later in the first half sweet inter-passing put Geraghty through again and a neat finish saw crusaders three goals ahead.

In the second half Crusaders peppered the Swavesey goal without reward until the last few minutes when Wooding buried his header from another well-placed Geraghty corner.

Wooding was on hand to complete the scoring when Danny Tye used his size to dominate the 'keeper and provide Wooding with the simplest of tap-ins.
