SWIMMERS from Royston and Buntingford were celebrating this week after some impressive performances in the National Championships.
A Buntingford team, made up of Christina Branch,
Jessica Earp and Hannah Bashir won the under-19 team prize at the British Modern Biathlon Championships in Manchester.
And Royston's Alex Snowden, 11, finished seventh in the breastroke final of the English Prep Schools National Swimming Championships at Millfield School in Somerset.
Earlier this year Snowden was one of two Royston swimmers to qualify for the
Hertfordshire county championships.
