BECKY Rasch and Emma Reid of Roysia School, Royston, have been selected for the North Herts under-11 girls tag rugby squad.
The Year 6 students were selected after taking part in the Hitchin Rugby Club rugby festival in March.
Since then the girls have been training at Letchworth Rugby Club.
Emma and Becky were included in last Sunday's squad that competed in the Herts Games Tag Rugby Tournament, against seven other districts.
North Herts came fifth overall and Becky finished as the team's top try scorer.
