Billy Crotty, 27, in his first bout since pushing world number one Frankie Gavin closely in June, takes on Davey Docherty from Bushey.
Brother George Crotty will also be in action, against George Griffin of Colchester's Centurion Club.
Mitchell Kilroy, 13, is the third boxer, all of whom are members of Stevenage ABC, and faces an opponent from Luton's Lewsey ABC.
