Nigel Thomas won the medal at Royston Golf Club on Saturday, but needed countback to fend off his challengers, Chris Offer and Mike Stilges.
Thomas came home in a splendid three over par against the wind, while Offer took second spot by virtue of his better back nine.
Ben Bennett topped the field in the midweek medal, pushing the ever- consistent Mial Walker into second place.
Walker's Jock Stewart partner, Darren Messenger, was third.
The fourball stableford, played on Sunday, was won by Steve Brooker and Mark Pearson, who edged out John Ellis and Frank Calvert by a shot.
