Under-11s
WITH no league game Bassingbourn took full advantage of a friendly against Stevenage Vikings to find their form in front of goal.
The three-man defence of Bassingbourn provided the springboard for the strong attacking performance, ably supported by the determined running of Olly Johnson and Ted Newman.
Matthew Tiffin opened the scoring and a brace from Dylan Lloyd soon had Bassingbourn 3-0 up while fourth from Jack Brough made the half time score 4-1.
Doug Hilliard netted a brace either side of a superb solo effort from James Sharp who covered the entire length of the pitch.
