ROYSTON Tennis Club's summer season began with Isaac Picket, Ben Jones, Toby Jackson and Cole Thompson winning 4-2 for the under-14s against Rickmansworth.
The ladies team of Pru Burton, Christine Knight, Emma Daintrey and Emma Windre also won they won their first match of the season away to Ely seconds 5-3.
The men's first team, made up of Andy Holmes, Matt Fellingham, Mike Moss and Richard Fosbeary, drew away to Histon firsts 4-4 team members were while the men's seconds of John Holmes, Mike Fellingham, Ralph Betts and Garry Tobiss beat Haslingfield seconds 6-2.
The club's under-16s beat Radlett 4-2. Their players were Sam Tobiss, Neil Addison, Louis Boulter and Joe Gomez
