ROYSTON Rugby Club's under-nines' team played away at Shelford and the side, sponsored by Lumpini Restaurant, fielded two balanced teams playing three strong sides from the hosts and two from Saffron Walden.
Royston were undefeated and secured three wins and two draws, and player-of-the-day for Royston Black Hoops was Josh Hurd and for the White Hoops it was Tomas Donnellan.
