ROYSTON Town have been reinstated in the South Midlands Floodlit Cup after their victors Hertford Town were thrown out of the competition.

Hertford have been penalised for fielding an ineligible player in their first round 5-1 win over Stansted so now Royston Town will play Stansted in the rearranged second round match on a date to be arranged.
