Having seen Saturday’s home match at Garden Walk postponed due to a frosty pitch, Royston Town managed to get Tuesday’s Southern League Divsion One Central tie on against Uxbridge.
The Crows will perhaps rue the contest taking place as they fell to a 1-0 defeat.
Uxbridge struck in the first-half through Matt Woods and despite Town’s best efforts, they could not find the equaliser.
Steve Castle’s men remain seventh in the league, with an ominous trip to league leaders Kettering Town this Saturday afternoon.
