Royston Rugby Club is taking part in NatWest RugbyForce and is calling on the support of volunteers and the local community to get involved in a day of DIY on the June 22.

“The club is planning to give the changing rooms and posts a lick of paint, and take stock of all equipment and organise the container. So please bring along paint brushes, step ladders and brooms, to help on the day,” said a spokesman.

The NatWest RugbyForce Weekend is an opportunity for all club members and the local community to come together to have some DIY fun and work on an improvement project which will make a real difference. There will be a range of jobs available so that everyone can get involved and the club will also be providing refreshments and a BBQ to Keep you all going.

Natwest RugbyForce is a nationwide programme developed in partnership with the RFU, which helps community rugby clubs to improve their facilities with the long-term goal of becoming stronger businesses.
