PAUL Attfield ran his eye over the rest of his squad in this local friendly on Thursday evening before the big league kick off on Saturday against Biggleswade United.
Reserve team managers Kevin Wilson and John Bloss took the fixture which Royston dominated for long periods with some pacey attacking football.
The visitors created an abundance of chances and despite the number of goals scored missed lots more while also being denied by some excellent goalkeeping.
Scorers were Jordan McGarvie (2), Will Turl (2), Graham Dove, Taz Chiwongo and Jan Stephens.
