Royston Cricket Club to begin pre-season nets sessions

This coming season, Royston Cricket Club will be running three adult teams plus U10, U11, U15 and U19 sides for youngsters.
In preparation for the season ahead, the club will be starting winter nets for their youth section from this Friday at Bassingbourn VC Sports Hall. The session will run from 7-8pm.
From Friday, March 4, nets for the younger players will move to 6-7pm. The cost for youth players will be £2 per session.
Adult and U18 nets will begin on the same day from 7-8pm. The nets will run weekly until April 15, excluding Good Friday, and will be on a pay-as-you-play basis.
In addition, Royston will be running a series of taster sessions on all Wednesdays in March for existing and potential new youth players at Meridian School as follows:
Seven-nine-year-olds - 5-6pm; 10-11 year olds 6-7pm
These sessions will be free to new players.
