Royston Bowls Club avenged their recent defeat against Sawston in the Meldreth and District league.
When the two teams met a fortnight ago, Sawston emerged 83-55 winners, but this time it was a much closer game, with Royston winning by five shots.
The win secured six points for Royston, with Sawston claiming just a single point.
Elsewhere, Royston vets were beaten 91-79 by Welwyn Garden City vets in a 5RT mixed game.
Then on Saturday, club captain Peter Fisk threw down a fun challenge to his vice-captain Don Sherriff.
Forty-six players took part in the challenge match, which was played over six rinks.
And although each team won three rinks, it was Sherriff's team who took the glory with a 113-110 victory.
