BRADLEY Evans' fledgling pro career continued with a confident victory over Karl Taylor on Saturday.

The Royston lightweight showed some deft attacking movement against his veteran opponent at the Watford Colosseum and ran out the 40-36 victor.

The Buzzsaw moniker seems apt for Evans who was able to slice through his opponents guard on occasion with veritable ease, and the victory will come as a confidence booster following a surprise draw against Latvian Jevgenijs Kirillovs at the same venue four months ago.

In truth the fight was always Evans' to lose against the 43-year-old Taylor but he didn't disappoint and will be hoping for as similar outcome when he returns to the ring in November.
