Buntingford Town have appointed Tyrone Parry as reserve team manager.
Parry, who was Royston Town's reserve team manager at the start of the season, will take charge of the Herts County League Reserve Division One side with immediate effect, with his team entertaining Lemsford on Saturday.
The club's reserves have been without a permanent manager for the past few months, as their previous boss Luke Capon was promoted to the vacant first team job following Paul Attfield's departure to Royston.
Buntingford chairman Richard Daly said: "After the recent upheaval at the club I am delighted that we have made this appointment.
"It would have been easy to have made a knee-jerk reaction by making a fast decision.
"However, we chose to advertise the position and wait for the best candidate. And Tyrone was by far the best."

Parry has an impressive football heritage, having played non league football in a long and successful playing career.
Towards ther end of his playing days he was also a key member of the Buntingford first team, which was then managed by chairman Daly.
Parry, 45, returns to Town as a qualified and experienced coach, and is known for being extremely professional, disciplined, and organised, with high aspirations for himself, his team and his players.
Daly said: "Tyrone has already delivered a coaching session with the players and taken some time to talk to them.
"He expects to strengthen the side and bring in a few players. He has also already developed a great working relationship with Luke and Paul Fisher, so there is already a level of understanding and communication in terms of how things will work between the two teams."
n Buntingford's first team slipped up against Knebworth on Saturday with a 4-1 defeat, Ricky Lawrence scoring Town's only goal.
However, Luke Capon's side will look to bounce back this coming Saturday with yet another fixture away from home, when they take on Evergreen.
