MELBOURN Panthers continued their fine start to the season with their 10th straight league victory at a wind swept Stevenage.
George Storey was quick to get behind the Kites' defence and supply a perfect cross for Tommy Hollway to make it 1-0 with just two minutes on the clock.
The score remained that way for a further 20 minutes as the Panthers squandered a hat-full of chances.
The inevitable second goal came on 22 minutes after a Storey shot hit the Kites post and fell kindly for Hollway to make it 2-0.

Melbourn survived a few scary moments at the back as they struggled to cope with the fierce conditions however player-of-the-match Jordan Mills, alongside Andrew Chitty and Ryan Lees, battled hard to keep the Panthers a clean sheet.
Into the second half and Storey finally got on the score sheet on 34 minutes as Luke Eades turned provider with a neat through ball.
Storey returned the favour two minutes later as Eades grabbed his first of three goals with a neat finish in the corner.
Four minutes later he scored again, running onto a wind assisted goal kick by the 'Kites keeper.
Storey made it 6-0 collecting a Connor Patel goal kick on the half way line before running half the length of the pitch to finish in the corner.
He completed his hat-trick on 55 minutes before adding a forth on 58 minutes .
Eades had the final say after rounding the Kites 'keeper to grab his third and Panthers' ninth in the last minute.
