Melbourn Dynamos 1 BSCFC Rovers 5
Under-12s Division Four
BOUNCING back from the disappointing defeat of their previous outing, Bishop's Stortford Rovers came into this game with only nine players available and a mountain to climb.
Positive from the outset, Rovers played with a dogged determination and after a few attempts on the Melbourn goal their efforts finally paid off with a fine goal from Sam Kolarik.
This was soon followed by a second, once again from man-of-the-match Kolarik, and Rovers slowly but surely began to take control of the game.
Rovers went in 3-0 up at half-time courtesy of a Will Sandy strike, after Rovers' keeper Tom Beckett had made a fine penalty save to deny Melbourn.

Rovers continued to press in the second half and another brace from Sam Kolarik took his tally to four for the game and put Rovers firmly in control at 5-0.
Melbourn never gave up, and pressed Rovers to score a late goal for the game to finish 5 - 1 and a well deserved Rovers victory.
