THE annual Royston Tennis Club championships started this month with the mini and junior tournaments.
The seven entrants of the under-16s rounds ended with a final between Sam Tobiss and Toby Jackson with Sam winning.
The eight entrants of the under-13s tournament ended their matches with a final between Nathan O'Looney and Alex Wilson with Nathan taking the trophy.
The Mini Green tournament (10 plus years) was won by Edward Schlare with Gareth Byles runner-up.
The mini orange (eight- to nine-years) was won by Michael Baulk with Jack Lester the runner-up. The mini tournament had 12 entrants.
