MERIDIAN School s basketball teams were out in force last week with the ladies under-16 team captained by Bronwyn Davies (pictured above) losing by three baskets to Bottisham Village College. The school s under-14 team competed in a round robin tournament

MERIDIAN School's basketball teams were out in force last week with the ladies under-16 team captained by Bronwyn Davies (pictured above) losing by three baskets to Bottisham Village College.

The school's under-14 team competed in a round robin tournament, captained by Lauren Brains and won three games, drew two and lost two games.

In the Herts and Cambs Schools Cross Country Championships held over a course at Therfield Heath, students Kate Hudson, Megan McCarthy, Becky Rasch, Becky Davies and Lauren Huffer came in the top 110 finishers, with Danny Tye and Luca Sekobowane finishing in the top 100 of their event.
