LITLINGTON Football Club will be hosting a four-team tournament on Saturday and raising money for the club in the process.

The club saw both their teams fold last season through lack of funds.

In the tournament Litlington will host RHS United (formerly JM Sports), Bassingbourn and Great Chishill.

Paul Harris of the club said: "As a result of what happened last season, we are basically starting over again.

"It should be a good competition and we welcome anyone who wants to come down and help us raise as much money as possible for the club. All help will be gratefully received."

The tournament will be run on a round-robin format, with each team playing the others before the top two meet in the final. The action will run from noon-6.30pm at Litlington Recreation Ground.
