Great Chishill 2 Fulbourn S&S 3
GREAT Chishill went down to two late goals and ended up coming away with nothing at home against Fulbourn S&S on Saturday.
The hosts played poorly in the first half, allowing their opponents too much possession, and the visitors were worthy of their half time lead through a neat lob.
Chishill stormed out of the blocks in the second half with Jonathan Drury racing through to equalise in the first minute and with their confidence up Chishill were in control for the next 15 minutes and took the lead when Ali Porter drilled home a shot after his first effort was parried.
However, Chishill were unable to build on the lead and allowed Fulbourn back into the game in the last 10 minutes.
Two close range efforts put them back in the driving seat and Chishill were denied a point in the last minute when Fulbourn's keeper saved Porter's penalty.
