BASSINGBOURN based Shunryu Kempo Karate Academy held their end of year award night recently.
Ashley Burge collected the award for the overall best student, while the outstanding achievement award went to Adam Matthews.
Oliver Steel lifted the best forms award, while the Best sparring trophy.
Lines of attack tabs were awarded to: Tom Tanvir, Sean Tanvir, Nial Tanvir, Amy Keen, William Keen, Harry Keen, Adam Matthews, Oliver Steel, Kim Pluck, Ella Taylor-James.
The academy runs term time at Bassingbourn Village College on Tuesday evening between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. It has a membership of more than 40 students. Other classes are taught at the HQ in Benwick, March Cambs. Further details can be found on www.shunryu.co.uk
