Under-15s
ICKWELL and Old Warden played their first match since December 13 and were 3-0 down at half time in this cup match.
A good team talk from the managers put a determined approach to both sets of players and in the second half man-of-the-match Liam was here, there and everywhere trying to install a positive approach for Ickwell.
Substitutes were used throughout the second half as the heavy pitch took its toll on both teams and frustration started to take its toll on one or two players as tackles were starting to get frantic.
The referee soon reminded the players of the Respect campaign and reminded them that if their over-indulgence continued they would get their marching orders.
As it was the game finished without a goal in the second half and New Hall returned to Harlow with the win.
