Knebworth Youth Lions 3 Hitchin Youth 1
Under-12s Division Two
ON a sticky pitch the Knebworth Lions took the lead with a shot from outside the box by Jack Marshall.
With the Lions piling on the pressure Dan Hill took a great free kick that flew past the Hitchin keeper to make it 2-0.
In the second half Hitchin hit back with a super strike from distance which went in the top corner, but this spurred the Lions on and they started to pass the ball around well.
Hill then hit a shot with his left foot that took a deflection and went in.
