ROYSTON Tennis Club s ladies team scored a resounding victory at Newmarket on Thursday. The team of Christine Knight, Pru Burton, Helen Hastings and Emma Daintrey only conceded eight games in an 8-0 win in their third match in the Cambridgeshire LTA summ

ROYSTON Tennis Club's ladies team scored a resounding victory at Newmarket on Thursday.

The team of Christine Knight, Pru Burton, Helen Hastings and Emma Daintrey only conceded eight games in an 8-0 win in their third match in the Cambridgeshire LTA summer league.

The men, playing their last home match, made it three wins out of three beating Bar Hill 5-3. The team was David Addison, Garry Tobiss, Ralph Betts and Mike Fellingham.

Their next match is away to RAF Brampton.

- Royston Tennis Club plays at The Meridian School and holds a number of sessions each week, during the day and in the evening.
