MELBOURN Dynamos U11s lost 2-0 at home to Barmond United on Sunday.

From the start, Melbourn’s defence had their work cut out with Barmond putting through numerous high balls but Melbourn’s Sean Lodge was up to the job in defence, putting on an outstanding display. Despite his efforts Barmond forced the Melbourn ‘keeper Theo Windred to make numerous fine saves, ensuring the game was still goalless at the break.

However Barmond scored twice after the break to take the victory.
