The UK’s fastest-growing sport has arrived at Melbourn’s Kingsway Golf Centre.

Foot Golf, played on a golf course using a size five football, relies on placing the ball into the hole using only your feet, in the lowest amount of shots possible.

There are now over 50 footgolf sites within England, Scotland and Wales.

The beauty of the game consists in being able to strategically combine power and precision to successfully master the sport.

The Kingsway footgolf course is set around the existing Orchard Golf course amongst trees, humps and bumps and is sure to be very popular with newcomers.

Julian Dell, owner of Kingsway, said: ‘I am delighted to have secured an authorised footgolf centre for our region. It is a great addition for Kingsway.

“We have already had great interest from local junior sides and adults who have seen the training benefits and fun to be had.”

Anyone interested in having a round or just for further details, should call the golf centre on 01763 262943.
