HORMEAD Hares Under-11s recorded their first league win of the season on Sunday.
In a game dominated by a strong end to end wind, the Hares led 5-0 at half time thanks to goals from Cameron Courtman-Stock, Harry Jarman, Jake Stoten, Michael Hicks and an own goal.
The Hares dominated the play and deserved their lead, with Charlie Gates in goal being mainly an observer.
The second half was different and Letchworth showed good spirit and were rewarded with two goals.

The Hares lost their shape as the second the half progressed with not enough players prepared to graft away in defence and Jake Stoten pulled off some good saves, and was not at fault for either goal.
