BIS Division 1A
Cambourne R 0 Melbourn 1
MELBOURN grabbed a narrow 1-0 victory as Chaz Hussein came off the bench to net the only goal of the game.
Melbourn attackers Carl Chadwick and Ben Wright were guilty of wasting good chances and the visitors became frustrated as the half progressed.
Man-of-the-match Mark Ferrari made a hat-trick of fine saves during the game to keep Rovers at bay, the best of which saw the 'keeper race out and time his challenge to perfection to rob his opponent of the ball.
Melbourn were brighter after the break and sub Hussein scored what turned out to be the winner.
