Reed continued their fine form on Saturday, boosted by a superb hat-trick from Andrew Emms.
It was the second of Emms' career, and he went on to bag five wickets in 10 balls as Reed extended their unbeaten run to three games, beating Eversholt by nine wickets.
Reed captain James Heslam said: "The bowlers maintained an impeccable line and length, and we're delighted with Andy's hat-trick."
Now 20 points clear in Division 2, Reed certainly showed consistency, particularly in the bowling department, as they dismissed Eversholt for only 73 runs.
Batting first, Eversholt's start could not have been any worse, as Peter Tidey's (13-6-22-1) probing and accurate spell of swing bowling pinned down the openers. He bowled in tandem with the increasingly belligerent and accurate Graham Wilson (13-7-23-3), and the pair dismissed the top four batsmen for 19.
With Eversholt struggling on 19-4 after 16 overs, Wisson (28) and Presswell (15) grafted hard to drag their score to 56.
However, when Wilson and Tidey took a rest, William Clarke (5-0-12-1) sent Presswell packing lbw and created an opening into the lower order.
Emms (5-0-12-5) took full advantage of this and he removed Wisson, Nicholes (0), Litchfield (9) and Macmillan (0) in quick succession.
This saw Eversholt crumble to 73 all out after just 35.5 overs - a score that Reed reached with ease.
Michael Curtis (49 not out) and James Heslam (15) managed to make early inroads, with Curtis hitting two huge sixes.
Eversholt's only breakthrough came when Heslam was bowled, but his replacement Chris Jackson assisted Curtis and helped secure the runs Reed needed.
Heslam added: "This was a convincing victory. We have had a great start to the season, and I think today was the best we have played this year.
- Reed face Totteridge at home on Saturday in more Saracens Herts League action, and play Langleybury at home on Sunday in the Village Cup.
