MELBOURN Dynamos reached the quarter-finals of the Royston Crow League Under-8 tournment where they came up against an accomplished Buntingford Cougars side.

In reaching the quarter-final, Melbourn beat both Bishop's Stortford Wanderers 2-0 and Hitchin Youth Arrows 1-0 as well as drawing with Letchworth GCE Reds 1-1.

A penalty kick separated the two teams and was enough to send the Cougars through to the semi-final.
