The Crows travel to London on Saturday, August 18, for the extra preliminary round tie against one of the Combined Counties Premier League's strongest sides.
The winners will visit Northampton Spencer or Clapton in the preliminary round.
In the FA Vase Royston host Ridgeons Eastern Counties team FC Clacton in the first qualifying round at Garden Walk on September 8.
In 2005, then known as Clacton Town, Clacton knocked Royston out of the FA Cup 2-1.
The winners will be at home to Bedfont of the Combined Counties League Division One in the second qualifying round on September 22.
A first round match with Thrapston Town or Harpenden Town awaits the winner in October.
In the FA Youth Cup Royston entertain Boreham Wood in the preliminary round, with Harlow Town waiting in the first qualifying round.
Buntingford Town start their FA Youth Cup campaign in the first qualifying round with a trip to Hitchin Town.
