FOWLMERE continued their build up to their new season with another well-earned win - beating neighbours Foxton.
Giuseppe Pascuzzi and Steve Walker's team came out of the closely fought match on top, with Steve Cook grabbing a predator's goal in the second half.
Head coach Walker said: "I'm delighted the team looked very good. We've still got some work to do but it was a really good win.
"Cook took his goal well, and the new signings look like they're settling in."
The club's pre-season games continue when Folwmere host Great Shelford on Saturday and Fowlmere Metals on Tuesday.
