ROYSTON Town booked their place in the second round of the South Midlands Floodlit Cup last night (Thursday) with a comfortable 3-0 win over Cheshunt.
Craig Hammond scored two and Carl Edwards grabbed the other in front of 111 people at Garden Walk.
The draw for the second round has yet to be made, but Biggleswade Town and Oxhey Jets were among the other first round winners.
Next up in the league for Royston is a tie away to Harpenden Town on Tuesday, March 24.
