ROYSTON Tennis Club held its annual ladies' and men's doubles finals on Saturday.
In the ladies event Karin Lambert and Christine Knight took the first set 6-2 with Emma Daintrey and Caroline McCormick fighting back in the second set only to be pipped at the post in a nail-biting tiebreak to give Lambert and Knight the title.
The men's doubles saw the partnership of Alan Knight and Matt Fellingham win in straight sets 6-2, 6-2 against Roger Maybury and Mike Fellingham.
