THE under-10 Templars strengthened their hopes of finishing Division A runners-up after two goals from leading scorer Charlie Briggs was enough to earn a 2-1 win over third placed Bedwell Rangers.

The under-10 Crusaders recovered from last week's rare defeat to maintain a 12 point lead at the top of Division B as a Hayden Mabert goal gave them a 1-0 win over Bedwell B.

The under-10 Knights and Lancers both suffered defeats at the hands of Shefford Saints. The Knights were defeated 3-0, while a Kier Boyd goal was the Lancers only consolation in a 6-1 defeat.

The under-14 Templars suffered a disappointing 3-0 defeat at Bishop's Stortford Town, while the under-14 Knights took another giant step to the Division Four championship by demolishing Bishop's Stortford Rovers.

Jordan O'Neill opened the scoring for Baldock, and the Knights added two more goals through Axel Morris and Roshan Aujla to lead 3-0, before needlessly conceding a penalty to bring the visitors back into the game at 3-1.

The Knights dominated the second half and further goals from O'Neill and Aujla plus a first goal for the club from Glen Wales completed a 6-1 victory.

The under-15 Knights returned from New Hall Rangers with a point after holding their hosts to a goalless draw.

The under-16 Crusaders came back from a goal down at half time to beat local rivals Weston 2-1 with top scorer Josh Furness scoring both goals.

The under-18 Crusaders will be kicking themselves for not turning their domination into goals at Stevenage Colts, finally conceding the only goal of the game to give the Colts all three points.
