THREE promising young footballers of Royston Celtic have moved onto professional clubs.

Under-13s trio Justin Leavers, George Bailey and Carmine Aurilia have progressed to academy level with George signing for Stevenage FC while Justin and Carmine have moved to Cambridge United.

Celtic manager Neil Pinner is pleased with the development of his former players and said: “Royston Celtic are very proud that these boys have represented the club and wish them well and we will follow their careers with great interest.

“Credit must go to the manager and coaches of Royston Celtics for their commitment and coaching skills. Current players Robbie Norman, Callum Pinner, James Rushton and Richard Jonas are also at Cambridge Development Centres.”
