A DISAPPOINTING Royston showing, meant the home side had to share the points at Garden Walk.
Royston never really got going, and despite leading on two occasions never quite looked like sealing victory.
Town opened the scoring in the first half with Richard Lowden capitalising on a mistake by the Caddington keeper.
However, the lead was short-lived as an opposing forward netted from close range.
The second half saw a slightly more direct Royston retake the lead with a good finish from Lee Bates.
But their failure to take control proved costly when Caddington conjured up a late equaliser.
