ROYSTON club captain, Sid Seward led his Spurs supporters' team to victory over arch rivals Arsenal in the annual golf match on Saturday.
With 12 matches of fourball betterball stableford, it was left to the last group to decide the outcome.
Trailing by eight points, the Spurs pairing of Ben Bennett and Stewart Hart recorded an impressive 40 points to edge ahead of Gary Noble's Arsenal team and take the title.
Meanwhile, 26 players turned out on Wednesday morning for the Midweek Golfers stableford which was won by William Steel in testing conditions.
His 34 points gave him a two point cushion over John Murray, Derek Hayden and Jim Hopkins.
Derek Hayden won the Men's monthly medal and was the only man to break par.
